Benicate came into existence when after working for a range of PR agencies in the west end, our founder, Kathryn Jellis, realised it wasn’t the PR stunts or expensive press days that was helping them to grow, but the extent to which they could prove the benefits already generated for existing clients.

Since then Benciate (which means communicate the benefits) has existed to help customers prove their ability to generate a return on investment and tackle the issues of most concerns to their prospects.

So how do you communicate the benefits?

Critical to successfully running any customer endorsement programme is having satisfied customers and making them feel safe taking part in joint PR, press or award activity. Our solution involves:

 

  • Working with you to identify the best customers to approach

  • Drafting the wording for an invitation to make them want to take part

  • Setting up and conducting interviews to produce draft case study

  • Review with you and any necessary edits before it goes to the customer

  • Liaison with customer and their comms office to get formally approved

 

The next step is to share the love your customers have for you via powerful content-marketing and media relations activity.

Case Study: Providing a return on investment for Validium

To help prove its ability to generate a return on investment, the mental health wellbeing provider Validium tasked Benicate with writing up detailed accounts of the extent to which its return to work services where helping them to save hundred of thousands of pounds.

 

The resulting case studies, about initiatives happening at Norfolk County Council, Nationwide and GWR, went on to be shortlisted for an award and profiled in influential trade media.
